I just wanted to let you know that I had to leave a good review for your place on HappyCow.net I was there for lunch on 3/23/09 (and had a dinner entree-don't judge me...lol) and ordered the soy chicken cutlets. This was absolutely excellent! If the recipe was in that cookbook, I'd have bought one too. Keep up the good work!

Each time I visit Chapel Hill, I make a point to experience Sage! I'm a vegetarian who will soon relocate to Carrboro, and I can't say enough about how delicious and creative your cuisine proves itself to be... thanks to you. Please don't stop doing what you're doing!
